Banana and peanut butter because it’s a combination made in heaven😍 You can use this recipe for pancakes if you don’t have a waffle iron! 😜
Ingredients:
100g oats
1 ripe banana
1 tsp smooth peanut butter
80-100g plant based milk
1 tsp chia seeds
coconut oil for greasing
Method:
Put your waffle machine on to preheat and add a bit of coconut oil to grease each waffle mould.
Place the oats in a food process and pulse until becomes a fine powder.
Add in the banana, chia seeds, peanut butter and milk and pulse until form a thick batter.
Pour out the batter in the waffle maker and close the machine.
Allow to cook for 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve with your favourite toppings! 😋
