You and your kids will falling in love 💛 with this healthy, easy, super quick and delicious ice cream! So grab your high-powdered blender or food processor and let’s go!
Ingredients:
(makes 2 portions)
250g banana, cut into pieces and frozen
100g smooth peanut butter
100g plain yogurt (plant based will work as well)
Method:
Place frozen banana into your blender and blend.
Add peanut butter and yogurt and blend, blend, blend...until smooth!
If the ice cream is too soft, transfer into a freezable container and place into freezer until firm.
Sprinkle with your favore toppings and serve ! 😋🍨
I topped my one with chopped peanuts and peanut butter drizzle (showed in the picture) 🤤 and for Grace I just give it simple as it is! So yummy!😋 🍑
