AVOCADO HUMMUS & BEETROOT FLATBREAD 🥙

This is my favourite ever flatbread filling! It’s nutritious, quick and so tasty! I used my 2 ingredients flatbread recipe for making the flatbread (but you can use a store bought wrap) and was absolutely delicious! We all enjoyed it!

Ingredients

*NOTE: if you make the 2 ingredients flatbread, divide the dough in equal smaller balls (I divided it in 8 balls) and roll out each balls with a rolling pin forming 8 wraps approximately 1/2 cm thick. Heat a pan on medium heat and cook both sides of the wraps until golden.




Method

  1. Warm your wraps

  2. Spoon the hummus onto the wrap, spreading evenly

  3. Spoon some of the smashed avocado onto one half of the wrap

  4. Place a few slices of beetroot on the avocado.

  5. Close the wrap so you have a half moon shape and cut in triangles.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
