This pancakes are so simple to make and so delicious ! I added some chia seeds to help thicken up the texture and used the self raising flour to makes them so big and fluffy, but you can replace it with any flour!


  • 1 banana

  • 4-5 small strawberries

  • 50g oats

  • 150g self raising flour (or plain flour + 1/2 tsp baking powder)

  • 200ml milk of your choice (I used oat milk)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • Coconut oil for greasing


  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until they form until form a smooth, thick batter. gently fold in the blueberries.

  2. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes so it can thicken up.

  3. Warm some coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat. Once warm, spoon in one or two tablespoon of pancake batter into the pan and using a spoon to spread out the mixture.

  4. Allow it to cook for about two-tree minutes, before flipping it over and letting the other side cook until brown.

  5. Repeat until the pancake mixture is finished.

  6. Enjoy!
