You don't really need a recipe for scrambled eggs, but you do need to know how to make them perfect! I break up the scrambled eggs into big pieces easier for little hands to grab! 👶🏻
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk of choice (you can use single cream too)
a knob of butter
Salt & pepper if desired (avoid for young babies)
Optional: handful of grated cheddar cheese

Method
Whisk the eggs with the milk (and a pinch of salt & pepper if used) until the mixture has just one consistency.
Heat a small non-sticky pan, add a knob of butter and let it melt (don’t allow the butter to brown).
Pour in egg mixture and reduce heat to medium-low. As eggs begin to set, gently move spatula across bottom and side of skillet to form large, soft curds.
Cook until eggs are thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, but the eggs are not dry.
Stir in the grated cheese if used.
Remove from the heat and serve.
Enjoy!
