PEANUT BUTTER & JAM SUSHI ROLLS
Quick easy and delicious! Peanut butter & Jam sushi rolls are a snack or breakfast your kids will love!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam or any jam of your choice

  • 2 slices of bread

Method

  1. Remove crusts from breads and completely flatten bread with a rolling pin.

  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon jam on each slice of bread.

  3. Roll each slice into a tight spiral. Cut each spiral into 3-4 pieces.

  4. Serve and Enjoy!
