A simple but delicious porridge recipe. This porridge was my craving during my pregnancy and who can say no to the best combo ever?!
Ingredients
(1 portion)
40g porridge oats
100ml milk of choice (I used oat milk)
1 small ripe banana, mashed
1 tbsp peanut butter
Method
In a saucepan add oats, milk and the mashed banana and cook for 5-8 minutes until creamy (add more milk if necessary).
Then stir in the peanut butter and mix well.
Once it’s nicely mixed pour it in a bowl and add your favourite toppings. (I love it with some strawberry jam!)
