❄️ Store in the fridge in an airtight container for a couple of days, or freeze for up to 3 months.

These mini pancakes are super easy to make. Perfect for baby led weaning and older children too!


(make 10 mini pancakes)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 50g porridge oats

  • 1 egg

  • Handful of blueberries


  1. Place all the ingredients (apart from the blueberries) into a food processor and pulse until they form a smooth, thick batter.

  2. Once mixed, add the blueberries and mix with a spoon.

  3. Then pour 1 tablespoon of batter onto a non sticky skillet (or lightly greased with coconut oil) on a medium heat.

  4. As soon as the pancakes are cooked enough that you can get a pancake flipper underneath without breaking the pancakes, flip and cook the other side until brown.

  5. Repeat until the pancake mixture is finished.

  6. Enjoy!


  • add 1/2 tsp baking powder to make them more fluffy

  • add 1 tbsp of agave/maple syrup to make them sweeter

  • These pancakes are easily customizable by adding to the mixture some chocolate chips, a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder!
