These chocolate oatmeal bars is a quick and healthy breakfast recipe. Naturally sweetened from banana , and you can top with peanut butter, fruits or your favourite topping!


  • 1 ripe banana (smashed)

  • 1/2 cup oats flour

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsps milk of your choice

  • 1 tsp nut butter (optional)

  • 1 tbs cacao powder

  • coconut oil for greasing


  1. In a bowl mix well all the ingredients together.

  2. Heat a small non-stick pan over a medium heat and add a bit of coconut oil.

  3. When it’s melted transfer all the mixture and spread it using a spoon until even.

  4. When it’s cooked enough that you can get a spatula underneath without breaking it, flip and cook until crisp.

  5. Cut it in strips or whatever you like, top with your favourite toppings and serve ! 😋😍

🍑Note: Modify and cut food according to your children’s age to avoid chocking hazard
