These 2 Ingredients homemade Pretzels are easy to make, healthy, soft and delicious! Is one of the easiest ways to prepare homemade pretzels and the result is sooo goood!


(make 9 small pretzels)

  • 245g Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)

  • 220g self raising flour

  • coarse salt for the top

  • 1 egg , beaten (or butter, milk or oil to brush the tops of the pretzels. It helps the salt stick and give to the pretzels a nice golden color!


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper/silicone mat.

  2. In a bowl mix the self raising flour and the yogurt until comes together

  3. Transfer to a floured surface and knead to form a ball.

  4. Roll out the dough to form a snake and cut into 8-9 equal pieces.

  5. Roll each piece of dough into a long, thin, sausage shape. Fold the corners over to form a pretzel shape.

  6. Place on the prepared baking tray

  7. Brush the tops of the pretzels with the beaten egg (or butter, milk or oil) and sprinkle with the salt.

  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

  9. Enjoy!
