A quick, easy recipe for an healthy delicious dessert, breakfast or snack using just two basic ingredients! I can’t believe this recipe turn out so delicious!
Ingredients:
(make 5 wraps)
2 bananas
120g all purpose flour (maybe you’ll need a bit more, depending on the size and ripeness of the bananas)
Method:
Smash the bananas in a mixing bowl. Add the flour and stir until combined. Use your hands to form a dough ball. If the dough is too sticky add more flour.
Separate the banana dough into 5 equal smallest balls.
On a floured working surface roll out each wrap with a rolling pin.
Place the wrap into a hot pan over a medium-hight heat and cook for a minute or two on one side, flip and cook for an other minute or two on the other.
Enjoy with your favourite filling! We loved it with Nutella or jam 😋
