1 tsp cocoa powder
Check what I got for Grace this week
Method
In a blender/ bowl mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
Divide the mixture between 2 glasses . Stir the cocoa powder into the mixture in one of the glass and mix well (I use the blender).
Heat a non sticky pan or a lightly greased pan over medium high heat. Pour some chocolate batter, making a swirl, wait 1-2 minutes then pour the plain batter. Turn your pan so the batter is spread everywhere evenly.
Cook the crêpe for approximately 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
Serve with your favourite filling.
Enjoy!
