TUNA & CREAM CHEESE BABY MUFFIN
Are you looking for a super easy and delicious snack? These baby savoury muffins are the recipe you’re looking for! You’ll only need a few simple ingredients and 20 minutes to make these snack all the family will enjoy! They are perfect for a picky lunch or picnics out too!

Ingredients

  • 80g tuna in olive oil or sunflower oil, drained

  • 60g cream cheese or dairy free cream cheese

  • 70ml milk of choice (I used oat)

  • 100g self raising flour

  • 1 tbsp olive oil


TUNA & CREAM CHEESE BABY MUFFIN

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°.

  2. Flake the drained tuna into a bowl, add the cream cheese, milk and the olive oil and mix well.

  3. Then add the self raising flour and mix all together with a fork until completely combined.

  4. Spoon into a silicone mini muffin tin or a greased mini muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes until nicely golden on top.

  5. Let the muffins cool down completely.

  6. Enjoy!⠀
