This vitamin packed porridge is the perfect warm and healthy breakfast to start the day!
Ingredients
60g oats
150ml milk of choice (I used oat milk)
80g frozen blueberries (or any frozen berries you like)

Method
In a saucepan add oats, milk, frozen blueberries (for an extra goodness add a spoon of peanut butter if you like) and cook for 8-10 minutes until creamy (add more milk if necessary), stirring regularly
Spoon into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings, we love to top this with sliced banana and chia seeds
