SIMPLE BLUEBERRY PORRIDGE

❄️ Store in the fridge in an airtight container for one day, or freeze for up to 3 months


This vitamin packed porridge is the perfect warm and healthy breakfast to start the day!

Ingredients

  • 60g oats

  • 150ml milk of choice (I used oat milk)

  • 80g frozen blueberries (or any frozen berries you like)

Method

  1. In a saucepan add oats, milk, frozen blueberries (for an extra goodness add a spoon of peanut butter if you like) and cook for 8-10 minutes until creamy (add more milk if necessary), stirring regularly

  2. Spoon into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings, we love to top this with sliced banana and chia seeds

  3. Enjoy!
