QUICK OATMEAL BANANA BARS 🍌
Yes quick because I cooked them into a pan! 😜


Ingredients

  • 1 smashed banana

  • 1/2 cup oat (blended)

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp plant based milk

  • blueberries (cut in half)

  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Method

  1. Place 1 smashed banana, 1/2 cup oat (blended), 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp almond butter, 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp plant based milk, blueberries (cut in half), in a bowl and mix.

  2. Melt 1/2 tsp coconut oil (medium heat)

  3. Pour the mixture and spread

  4. Cook both side until golden

  5. Cut and serve! 😋
