This easy pasta is a typical lunch or dinner I make when I don’t have a lot time or my fridge is empty. I’m giving you this easy recipe, very basic, and depending on what your kids like and don’t like, you can add ingredients to it!
Ingredients:
200g pasta
150g frozen peas
1/2 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
3 big tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1200 vegetable broth
Method:
In a soup pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until the onion is softened, about 3-5 minutes.
Pour in the broth and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in the pasta and the frozen peas.
Lower the heat and simmer, stirring often, until the pasta is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
Add more broth if desired.
Remove from the heat.
Serve with Parmesan. (Optional)
Enjoy!
