My boyfriend is getting crazy for fruits tarts, so I tried to cook something suitable for Grace too! To do the tarts cups I used the recipe of the Mini Banana & Oat Baked Oatmeal I posted a week ago! Naturally sweet from dates and banana, these cups are perfect for breakfast or as a super healthy snack/dessert! 😋

All you need is:

  • 60g coconut oil (melted), plus extra for greasing

  • 60g pitted dates (approx. 8 dates)

  • 200g banana mashed

  • 185g rolled oats

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • filling of your choice


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a mini muffin tin with coconut oil.

  2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

  3. Divide the dough between muffin holes and with your finger spread on the sides creating a cup.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes (180degrees) until golden.

  5. Remove and allow to cool completely.

  6. Filling each cups with Greek tyogurt or the filling you decided to use and top with your favourite toppings!
