Packed full of healthy fats and protein from seeds an nut butter this Banana Strawberry Smoothie is a great option for breakfast and snack time!
1 ripe banana
4-5 frozen strawberries
1 tsp smooth peanut butter (or the nut butter you like)
1 tbsp chia seeds, hemp seeds or ground flaxseeds
200 ml milk of choice (I used oat milk)
OPTIONAL: 1-2 tbsp maple syrup/agave syrup or honey

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl and adding more milk if needed. Serve immediately.
