KIDS STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE bamboo cup for kids
Packed full of healthy fats and protein from seeds an nut butter this Banana Strawberry Smoothie is a great option for breakfast and snack time!


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 4-5 frozen strawberries

  • 1 tsp smooth peanut butter (or the nut butter you like)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, hemp seeds or ground flaxseeds

  • 200 ml milk of choice (I used oat milk)

  • OPTIONAL: 1-2 tbsp maple syrup/agave syrup or honey

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl and adding more milk if needed. Serve immediately.

  2. Enjoy!
