
This super healthy and delicious oatmeal is the tastiest, sweetest way to get an entire serving of vegetables in at the beginning of your kids day!
Ingredients:
1 small ripe banana
1/2 carrot, grated
1/3 courgette, grated
30g oats
120 ml milk of your choice
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional)
Method:
In a saucepan smash the banana, then add all the rest of the ingredients.
Mix and cook for 5-8 minutes, until they are hot and creamy (add more milk if necessary).
Serve with your favourite toppings.
