This super healthy and delicious oatmeal is the tastiest, sweetest way to get an entire serving of vegetables in at the beginning of your kids day!


  • 1 small ripe banana

  • 1/2 carrot, grated

  • 1/3 courgette, grated

  • 30g oats

  • 120 ml milk of your choice

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional)


  1. In a saucepan smash the banana, then add all the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Mix and cook for 5-8 minutes, until they are hot and creamy (add more milk if necessary).

  3. Serve with your favourite toppings.

  4. Enjoy!
