If you need a speedy but super healthy meal, this is the recipe for you! This Super Green Pasta, packed with goodness, is a nutritious and flavorful meal for baby and toddler! If you don’t have peas, you can add any type of veggies you have at home!


  • 250g pasta of your choice ( uncooked weight)

  • 200g fresh spinach, washed

  • 100ml milk (I used oat)

  • 25g butter (I used vegan butter)

  • 1/2 tsp vegetable stock powder

  • 100g frozen peas

  • 30g grated Parmesan, plus extra for serving

  • Salt & pepper, to taste


  1. In a saucepan melt the butter on a medium heat, add the washed spinach and cook for 8-10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to package directions adding the peas for the final 2 mins.

  3. Add milk, and vegetable stock to the spinach and cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Transfer the cooked spinach in a food processor, add the grated Parmesan and blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust the salt & pepper.

  5. Add the spinach sauce to your pasta & peas, mix well.

  6. Serve with freshly ground black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and extra parmesan cheese if you like.
