This simple broccoli pasta includes a handful of ingredients most of your have already in the fridge! A super simple recipe perfect for a quick and easy kid-friendly meal!


  • 150g pasta of your choice

  • 120-150g broccoli florets

  • 2 big tablespoons cream cheese, or dairy free cream cheese

  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add broccoli florets and cook for 10-15 minutes until very tender.

  2. Cook pasta according to directions.

  3. Meanwhile heat the olive oil in a large pan, add the garlic and cook until the garlic is fragrant and golden.

  4. Drain broccoli and add into the pan.

  5. Cook for a couple of minutes and start breaking apart the broccoli with a spatula into tiny pieces.

  6. Add the pasta and 2 big tablespoons of cream cheese (dd a little of pasta water if you like it a little more ” saucy “) and mix well.

  7. Taste for salt & pepper.

  8. Serve with grated Parmesan If desired.

  9. Enjoy!
