Made with just a few wholesome ingredients, this Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal cooks up fast and easily, the perfect breakfast for baby, toddlers, kids and even you! I blended a Medjool date with the oat milk to make it naturally sweet, and turn out so delicious! We all loved it!


(1 portion)

  • 40g oats

  • 120ml milk of you choice

  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 soft pitted date (Medjool works better)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

for the drizzle:

  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt

  • A dash of milk

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup, agave or honey (optional)


  1. Add the milk and the soft pitted date to a blender and pulse for 10-15 seconds.

  2. In a saucepan add oats, cinnamon and the “date” milk and cook for 5-8 minutes until creamy (add more milk if necessary).

  3. Meanwhile in a small bowl stir together yogurt, milk and maple syrup (if used).

  4. Drizzle over top of oatmeal. Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired and serve.

  5. Enjoy!
