Today’s lunch Grace had cauliflower soup with sliced toasted bread 🍞 and plum tomatoes 🍅!


  • 30g chopped onion

  • 30g olive oil

  • 400g cauliflower

  • 100g potatoes

  • 200g soya milk

  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan over a medium heat.

  2. Add the chopped onion and fry for 2-3 minutes, or until just softened.

  3. Add cauliflower cut in florets , potatoes cut in small pieces, soya milk and salt, cover and cook for about 30 minutes.

  4. Then when the potatoes and the cauliflowers are soft blend everything until completely smooth!

  5. Enjoy 😋
