Toasted wholemeal bread covered with a peanut butter & yogurt cream and topped with banana and cinnamon. This is a healthy and yummy breakfast/snack for baby led weaning and toddler and takes literally 5 minutes from start to finish!
Ingredients
1 slice of wholemeal bread
1 big tsp smooth peanut butter (or any nut butter you like)
2 tsps Greek yogurt (or dairy free Greek yogurt)
1/3 banana, finely sliced or smashed
Sprinkle of cinnamon, optional
Method
Toast your bread and cut the crust off.
In a small bowl mix well the peanut butter with the yogurt until combined.
Spread the peanut butter cream on your toast and top with the sliced or smashed banana.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon if desired.
For babies under one cut in strips before serving.
