Last night I decided to make the morning mealtime easier, so here we go with a healthy and delicious overnight breakfast!😍


(for 1-2 portions)

  • 2 tbsps chia seeds

  • 2 tbsps oats

  • 150ml plant based milk (I used oat milk)

  • 3 tbsps coconut yogurt (or any yogurt do you like)

  • a handful blueberries

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional- I didn’t used it)


  1. Place the blueberries and the yogurt in a blender and pulse until combined.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover and place in the fridge and allow it to thicken overnight.

  4. Top with your favourite fruits and topping and serve 😋
