(make one bowl)
1 frozen banana (100g)
100g frozen strawberries (or any berry you like)
1-2 pitted dates
1 tsp chia seeds (or hempseeds)
(optional) 1 tbsp nut butter, I used almond butter
50g plant based milk
fresh fruits for the topping
Throw the smoothie bowl ingredients into a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
You might need to stop, mix with a wooden spoon and then blend again because the consistency will be very thick.
Spoon the smoothie into a bowl.
Top with fresh fruits and your favourite toppings! Serve 🍓🥝🥥🍌
