With just a few ingredients you can make these easy delicious Apple Fritters. Great for kids, toddlers and weaning babies too! I served these fritters with a drizzle of smooth almond butter & Greek yogurt on the side.


  • 1 small apple, peeled, cored and chopped

  • 80g porridge oats

  • 140ml milk of choice (I used oat milk)

  • Pinch of cinnamon powder

  • Coconut oil for cooking

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor/blender and pulse until they form a smooth batter.

  2. Then pour 1-2 tablespoon of batter onto a non sticky skillet greased with coconut oil on a medium heat.

  3. Use a spoon to spread out the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

  4. Enjoy!
