These cookies are so quick and easy to prepare, are naturally sugar-free, dairy-free, egg-free and gluten-free! The great thing about these cookies is that you know you are giving your kids a delicious but also super healthy treat. They are fantastic for babies, kids of all ages and adults!


(make 12-13 cookies)

  • 2 medium ripe bananas

  • 1 cup & 2 tbsps shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsps peanut butter (or any nut butter do you like)

  • (Optional) dark chocolate to decorate


  1. Preheat oven to 160° and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until completely smoothed.

  3. Add the shredded coconut and the peanut butter and mix well until completely combined.

  4. Scoop 1 tablespoon-portions and shape into flatten cookies to promote toasted coconut crispiness, then set on the prepared baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden.

  5. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.

  6. Enjoy!
