You need just 2 ingredients to make these Sweet Potato Wraps! They are SO EASY and QUICK to make!!! This recipe has become one of our favorites in my house!
200g sweet potato, cooked
175 all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
To a mixing bowl, add the cooked sweet potato smash. Add the flour and the pinch of salt and stir until combined. Use your hands to form a dough ball. If the dough is too sticky add a bit of flour.
Separate the sweet potato dough into 6 equal smallest balls.
On a floured working surface roll out each wrap with a rolling pin (approximately 1/2 cm thick). Tips - if you decide to stack the wraps one on top of each other make sure you put plenty flour.
Place the wrap into a hot pan over a medium-hight heat and cook for a minute or two on one side, flip and cook for an other minute or two on the other.
Once cooked, cover them with a tea-towel while you make the next one. As the wraps are stacked together, they will keep their heat and stay soft.
*Note: Modify and cut food according to your children’s age to avoid chocking hazard
