You need just 2 ingredients to make these Sweet Potato Wraps! They are SO EASY and QUICK to make!!! This recipe has become one of our favorites in my house!


  • 200g sweet potato, cooked

  • 175 all purpose flour

  • Pinch of salt


  1. To a mixing bowl, add the cooked sweet potato smash. Add the flour and the pinch of salt and stir until combined. Use your hands to form a dough ball. If the dough is too sticky add a bit of flour.

  2. Separate the sweet potato dough into 6 equal smallest balls.

  3. On a floured working surface roll out each wrap with a rolling pin (approximately 1/2 cm thick). Tips - if you decide to stack the wraps one on top of each other make sure you put plenty flour.

  4. Place the wrap into a hot pan over a medium-hight heat and cook for a minute or two on one side, flip and cook for an other minute or two on the other.

  5. Once cooked, cover them with a tea-towel while you make the next one. As the wraps are stacked together, they will keep their heat and stay soft.

  6. Serve!

*Note: Modify and cut food according to your children’s age to avoid chocking hazard
