10 MINUTES RICOTTA & ZUCCHINI PASTA  in bamboo plate for kids
This is a pasta my mum use to cook for me and my sister when we were little, and I still love it. It’s quick to prepare, easy and perfect for babies and toddlers too.


(for 2 adult + 1 kid)

  • 180-200g pasta

  • 1 medium/large courgette, grated, a Julienne or small cubes

  • 3-4 big tbsps of ricotta

  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Place the grated courgette and cook for approximately 5 minutes until softened. Remove from the heat.

  3. Drain your pasta (reserving a little of the water), add the ricotta and mix well. Add the reserved pasta water if needed.

  4. Serve with the cooked courgette on the top and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan if desired.

  5. Enjoy!
